Our Story

August 6, 2016, in the suggestions of a Dick Gregory video, there was a Dr.Sebi video. It was that day that Light Body Herbals founder, Kelvin Evans was introduced to one of the greatest healers of our time, a day after his passing. Kelvin found out about the many sicknesses that were reversed by this great man and since he has had a burning passion to walk the path of wholistic sciences to unravel the truth of health. Since 2016 Kelvin has studied plant-based eating herbology and biochemistry with the intent to help heal his community and inspire global healing.

Kelvin is a normal guy like everyone else and understands the progressions and setbacks of pursuing health. Growth isn't linear. We rock back and forth, not toward perfection but towards progression. As a child, Kelvin looked up to his aunt who was a vegetarian, a herbalist, and an outright naturalist but he didn’t understand her lifestyle. Now miles into his own journey Kelvin echoes his beloved aunt in many ways. Life goes full circle. Now the boy who had his own sweet potato pie and 3 holiday plates is showing his people how they can find their health. It’s the realness and understanding nature of Kelvin that makes him suited to lead in this way.

In 2018 Kelvin took his passion and used it to form Light Body Herbals. Light Body serves as a conduit for health education and a beacon of light for those in need. The body is luminous and runs off of this light. This is the understanding that allowed us to craft our formulas. Since our beginning, we have been able to heal the youth, the elderly, babies, women, and men of all races. Light Body Herbals intends to continue this work and unite the world through healing and love.
